BOOKING FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at less than 48h notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.
A booking fee of £35 will now be taken when booking any treatment. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment. Booking fee for consultations will be refunded if no treatment is required or able due to medical grounds.

Please be aware, we cannot confirm your appointment until a booking fee has been received and your slot will be reserved for 24 hours before being offered to the next customer after that time.
We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 48 hours’ notice, booking fees will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.
How to notify the clinic about cancelling or rescheduling an appointment:
All service sales are final, with no refunds. Refunds may be given only when there is an approved medical condition, Medical proof will be required.
All skin care products supplied on site are non refundable once purchased and taken off-site.
Aesthetics treatments such as anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers and skin boosters are non-refundable once the treatment has been undertaken. The list is not exclusive.
The consent forms for these aesthetics treatments clearly state that there is no guarantee of a satisfactory or pleasing result. Rather our aesthetics practitioners will be using their experience and clinical acumen to provide the best possible treatment result to the best of their ability. We constantly strive to improve patient satisfaction and audit and publish these results on our website.
A ‘top up” anti-wrinkle treatment may be offered at the clinician’s discretion but this should not be taken as an expectation. Our aim is for service users to be delighted with their results, however, we are also very careful to manage expectations, hence the thorough pre-treatment consultation.
There is no “top up” of dermal fillers, including lip fillers, Profhilo® including lip augmentation, and any further required treatment will naturally need to be paid for.
Any adverse issues relating to facial aesthetics work undertaken at our clinic needs to be highlighted and reviewed with a face to face review consultation with the treating clinician within a maximum of six months since having had the work done.
In this time-frame, we will be sympathetic to the issues raised and will be aiming to correct any deficiencies and to leave our patients delighted with their results with their expectations met or bettered.
We are not obliged to correct the work of non Clinic practitioners and do not review patients who present more than six months after their treatment with us, especially if they have previously failed to bring any concerns to our attention.
Refund and return Policy
If you are a consumer, you may only purchase products from our site if you are at least 18 years old. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
We’re sure you’re going to love your medical Skincare products, but as a guarantee of quality, we offer a simple returns and refunds policy if you’re not completely satisfied.
We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
The 14 day returns policy begins when you receive the products.

We will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase with the following conditions and exceptions:-
– We cannot accept the return of a product if it has been opened. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty.
– Except where an item is faulty and is merely being exchanged, return of any order that benefited from a promotion must include return of all promotional items acquired, including but not exclusive to; a gift with purchase, free gift and multi-buy promotions.
– Except where an item is faulty, no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible after 90 days from purchase.
– No exchanges or refunds are possible without proof of purchase.
– Refunds will only be made once an item has been returned and received in a resalable condition
– Once the refund has been processed, you should receive it within 3-5 working days, however, it can take up to 30 days to be processed into your account.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
